Halfway there. 🎉
When I started in August, 100 days of daily posting felt impossible. Then I got clear on why I'm doing this: reflection and documentation beyond reach.
What's surprising is, it doesn't feel like a challenge. It feels like writing a diary, a habit I enjoy.
One year ago I didn't have years of leadership experience. What I've learned is that the courage to share, admit when something wasn't right, and do better matters more.
Thank you for reading along. See you for the next 50. 💜
