One of my favourite interview questions is:
"If I asked your manager or colleagues to describe you in three words, what would they say?"
I love this question because it shows whether someone can reflect on themselves, whether they understand how others experience working with them, and whether they can recognise their own strength.
And it also gives me a sense of how they might fit into the team.
But today, I want to turn this question around.
I've been on LinkedIn for more than three years now. And one thing I'm genuinely grateful for is the people I've met here.
Some of you have followed my journey for years. Some of you have worked with me. Some of you have only gotten to know me through my posts.
So I'm curious:
